At StiloShoes, personalization is completely optional. You may order the original design as shown or customize your shoes to match your wedding dress, personal style, and special occasion.
We offer four separate personalization options. Each option is individually priced and must be selected and purchased separately.
1-) Shoe Color – Custom Colors & Materials
Customize your bridal shoes using your preferred color, fabric, or material.
Match the color or fabric of your wedding dress.
Choose satin, lace, textile, leather, or other suitable materials.
Request colors and materials not shown in our listing photos.
Contact us through Etsy Messages to discuss available materials and confirm your preferred design before ordering.
Custom colors and materials are subject to availability and production approval.
Important: If no custom shoe color is specified, your shoes will be produced in the original color shown in the main product photos.
2-) Letters and Date on Shoelaces
Personalize your shoelaces with beautiful silver crystal rhinestone letters and numbers.
Names, initials, or special lettering

A standard personalization set includes two letters and a date set.
Additional letters or special arrangements may be requested under Option
4. These sparkling crystal details add a beautiful personal touch to your wedding sneakers.
Important – Shoelaces Without Personalization
If you do not select shoelace personalization, your shoes will feature our signature heart-shaped charm on the shoelaces, representing the Stilo brand.
This decorative heart charm can be easily removed if you prefer to wear your shoes without it.
3-) Glitter Permanent Print – Text or Wedding Date
Add personalized permanent glitter printing directly to your shoes.

Every pair is designed and manufactured in our own Stilo workshop in Türkiye.
Depending on the selected design, materials may include:

Lightweight PU, Phylon, EVA, or other model-specific sole materials
Cushioned interior lining
Removable insoles, where included in the selected design
Decorative pearls, rhinestones, ribbons, or appliqués, depending on the product

Our bridal sneakers follow a standard, true-to-size fit. We recommend ordering your usual shoe size.
Please review the EU / US / UK size chart before purchasing.
If you are between sizes, have wide feet, or are unsure which size to choose, please contact us through Etsy Messages before ordering.
Wider-fit production may be requested under Personalization Option 4 for an additional charge.
We cannot guarantee an exact fit for every individual foot shape.

Store in a clean, dry place away from direct heat.
We recommend wearing your shoes with suitable socks or hosiery.
High Platform Safety Notice
High platform shoes, especially designs above 7 cm, require additional care when walking.
Higher platforms may increase the risk of losing balance, slipping, or twisting an ankle.
Please consider your comfort, experience with elevated footwear, and intended use before selecting a high platform.

All StiloShoes products are handmade in Türkiye and shipped worldwide via DHL Express.
Estimated production and delivery: 8–13 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and carrier operations.
The estimated delivery date shown by Etsy at checkout should also be reviewed before purchasing.
If you need your wedding shoes by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.
Tracking information will be provided through Etsy once your order has been shipped.
Customs & Import Duties
🇺🇸 United States: All applicable import duties, customs taxes, and charges are included in the purchase price. Orders are shipped with customs duties prepaid.

Eligible non-personalized products may be returned to our designated US or Türkiye return address.
Full refund for eligible returns to Türkiye.
Eligible voluntary returns to our US address are subject to a 40% restocking fee, where permitted by applicable law.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for eligible change-of-mind returns.
Not available for personalized or custom-made products, except where required by law.

Option 2 –) Remanufacture
If you need a different size, color, or height, we can manufacture a new pair for you.
No need to return your original shoes.
The buyer pays the applicable DHL Express shipping fee for the new pair.

Additional design modifications may require separate approval.
Option 3 –) 30% Partial Refund
If your shoes do not meet your expectations or you experience a fit issue, we can offer a voluntary 30% refund of the product price without requiring a return.

Option 4 –) Defective or Incorrect Products
If your shoes arrive defective or we have made a production error, we will provide a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label.
This option also applies to personalized products.

Because our wedding shoes are individually handmade according to customer preferences, the following orders are not eligible for standard change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law:
Shoes produced in a different color from the listing photos
Shoes ordered with a different sole or heel height
Shoes featuring permanent personalized printing
Shoes with custom design changes or special modifications
Products made with specifications different from the original listing design
For these orders, Options 2 and 3 remain available as voluntary resolutions. Defective or incorrectly manufactured products are covered by Option 4.

At StiloShoes, we offer free customization for your shoes, including the addition of your name and date. We do not dye shoes in colors other than white; instead, we produce them using colored materials with original inventory colors. Our handcrafted shoes feature special touches, such as glitter and printed writing on some styles, while others incorporate these customizations onto the shoe laces. All customizations are free; simply add your preferences in the personalization section. The jewelry letters and numbers can be easily removed from the shoes. For any personalizations or changes to your order, we are eager to assist and design together with you. We kindly ask that you read the product description before placing your order.
Stilo RETURN Options 1-2-3-4
1. You can return the product to our address in the US or Turkey and get a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.(Returns to US addresse will incur a 40% restocking fee)
2. If you wish to make a size or length change, we will remanufacture and ship your new product at the DHL shipping costs listed in our listing, without you having to return the product.
3. If the options above do not fit you, the product does not meet your expectations, or you have a fit issue, we will refund 30% of the product price and complete the process without you having to complete your return.
4. If you believe the product is defective or was caused by our error, we will refund your full money and provide a return label.
